It was Foundation For The Disabled Inc, that made this event possible for the mentally ill inmates in Spanish Town Adult Facility in Jamaica to receive a day luxurious of treats receiving manicures, pedicures and hair cuts, new yellow tee shirts, toiletries, new flip flops, snacks and much more.
